Our server, Kai, was incredibly versed in the history and profile of the spirits. He has a great energy and we would've asked him to join our table if we could! Kinsey and Eight Oaks have unique spirits, and plan to make a trip to those distilleries after our trip to Four Humours. The Kinsey's whiskey chardonnay and scotch spirits are so interesting - definitely recommend trying their flights when you can! ”
